利用2007-2019年数据，检验中国战略性新兴产业要素禀赋、技术创新能力与产业发展质量之间的相关关系和作用机制。实证结果表明，中国战略性新兴产业的劳动力要素、技术要素对产业发展质量具有显著正向影响，资本要素对产业发展质量具有显著负向影响；技术创新能力对产业发展质量有显著正向影响；技术创新能力与技术要素的交互作用对产业发展质量具有显著正向影响，但技术创新能力与资本要素、劳动力要素的交互作用对产业发展质量具有显著负向影响。

Based on the data from 2007 to 2019, this paper examines the correlation between factor endowment, technological innovation capability and industrial development quality of China's strategic emerging industries. The empirical results show that labor and technology factors have a significant positive impact on the quality of industrial development, while capital factors have a significant negative impact on the quality of industrial development. Technological innovation ability has a significant positive impact on the quality of industrial development. The interaction between technological innovation capability and technological factors has a significant positive impact on industrial development quality, but the interaction between technological innovation capability, capital factors and labor factors has a significant negative impact on industrial development quality.
