新型研发机构促进理工类高校科技成果转化的路径分析

建立起科研创新技术和社会经济发展之间的重要桥梁正是科技成果转化，但高校科研成果与市场之间的有效连接仍存在着与市场结合不紧密、技术成果转化率不高等问题。针对理工类高校科技成果转化的现状，本文从新型研发机构的视域出发，从高校响应科技成果转化政策的解释框架、产学研深度融合的技术创新体系、高校科技成果产业化价值链等方面的探究，对新型研发机构促进科技成果转化的特色发展模式进行分析，提出有助于推动理工类高校科技成果转化的对策建议。

Abstract:

Establishing an important bridge between scientific research and innovative technology and socio-economic development is the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, but there are still some problems in the effective connection between university scientific research achievements and the market, such as low transformation rate of technical achievements and weak combination with the market. In view of the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities of science and technology, starting from the perspective of new research and development institutions, this paper analyzes the development mode of new research and development institutions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the aspects of the interpretation framework of Colleges and universities responding to the transformation policy of scientific and technological achievements, the technological innovation system of deep integration of industry, university and research, and the value chain of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities. Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities of science and technology.
