习近平科技创新论述视角下行业特色高校的科技创新体系发展

摘要:

在新形势下，习近平关于新时代科技创新系列重要论述为深度推进我国行业特色高校科技创新事业的发展改革确立了全方位的战略导向。通过词云分析等方法，研究把握习近平关于新时代科技创新系列重要论述的要义，以其为指导方向，针对我国行业特色高校科技创新发展存在的优势学科单一、基础学科缺乏，办学经费及各类资源有限，以及专业技术职务职称评定体系简单等问题，从以服务行业发展为宗旨、完善体制机制改革与创新生态环境建设、创新人才培养体系建设以及加强交叉学科建设和对外交流等方面提出行业特色高校的科技创新体系构建的路径建议。

Abstract:

Under the new situation, Xi Jinping's series of important exposition on scientific and technological innovation in the new era has established a comprehensive strategic orientation for deeply promoting the development and reform of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities with industrial characteristics. Through word cloud analysis and other methods, this article study and grasp the essence of Xi Jinping's series of important exposition on scientific and technological innovation in the new era. In order to solve the problems existing in the development of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities with industry characteristics, such as single dominant discipline, lack of basic discipline, limited funds for running schools and all kinds of resources, and simple evaluation system for professional technology posts and titles, the article puts forward some suggestions on the construction of scientific and technological innovation system of colleges and universities with industry characteristics by taking the exposition as the guiding direction, including the purpose of serving the development of the industry, improving the reform of institutional mechanisms and the construction of the innovation ecological environment, adopting new measures in talent training system, as well as strengthening interdisciplinary construction and foreign exchanges.
