智能汽车作为智能交通体系和智慧城市中的关键枢纽,可实现城市资源的统筹调度、优化分配和顺畅流动,是实现交通治理智能化升级的重要突破口。本文从车端视角对智能汽车科技群进行系统梳理,建立了涵盖人工智能、通信、地理信息数字化和计算机科学四大领域的基本框架,并对各领域技术在智能汽车上的发展情况进行了综合评估。在此基础上,描绘了面向交通治理能力升级的中国智能汽车科技创新协同发展战略和技术路线图,提出了未来智能汽车产业生态的理想图景,并梳理分析了各类相关企业在实践中有效分工协作的特色商业模式,最后给出了践行智能汽车科技创新发展战略、支撑交通治理智能化升级的方向性建议

Smart vehicle (SV), as the key hub of urban transportation system and smart city, can achieve the comprehensive scheduling and optimized distribution of urban resources, providing a new breakthrough to realize the upgrading of traffic management. This paper systematizes the framework of SV technology cluster and breaks down relevant technologies into four major fields of artificial intelligence, communication, geographic information digitization and computer science with the development status of four fields on SV comprehensively assessed. Based on this, the collaborative development strategy and technology roadmap for China's SV technology innovation is obtained for traffic management intelligent upgrade and the future industrial ecology of smart vehicles is proposed. It sorted out and analyzed the characteristic business models, in which various related enterprises can cooperate effectively. Finally, some directional suggestions are given, for practicing the development strategy of smart vehicle technology innovation and supporting the intelligent upgrade of traffic management.
