本研究通过分析国内外科研项目成果评价研究与实践现状,提出基于定量数据和客观证据支持的科研项目代表性成果评价方法,并选取20个科研项目的代表性成果进行实证分析,依次分级计算投入和产出指标数据,利用数据包络分析模型计算项目效率值,基于研究结果对完善科研项目代表性成果评价提出思考和建议,为我国代表作评价制度的建设和完善提供了参考。

This paper analyzed the research and practice status of scientific research project achievement evaluation at home and abroad, puted forward a representative achievement evaluation method of scientific research project based on quantitative data and objective evidence, selected the representative achievements of 20 scientific research projects for empirical analysis, calculated the input and output index data in order, and calculated the project efficiency value by using the data envelopment analysis model, Based on the research results, some thoughts and suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation of representative achievements of scientific research projects, which provides a reference for the construction and improvement of representative work evaluation system in China.
