Abstract:Innovation-driven development has become a national strategy, and cultivating innovation-driven capacity has become an important grasper of local economic transformation and upgrading, and the implementation of innovation-driven. Whether it is innovation-driven or innovative sources, there is no need for knowledge flow and response between innovators and absorbers. In the past, academic research on the spread of knowledge transfer has focused more on the quality of innovative achievements of innovators and the characteristics of source, with little attention paid to the social response of the object to the impact of results. In fact, the innovation response is the only way to innovate the source behavior, knowledge flow through the whole process of innovation. At present, the research on innovation response in academic circles is mainly based on the theory of social interaction, which lacks a clear and detailed quantitative analysis. This paper attempts to establish an innovative response model based on the perspective of knowledge transfer, to clearly refine the response of innovative actors to innovation in the transfer of knowledge between organizations under the cooperative social interaction form, to take sensitivity analysis as the starting point, and to combine the theoretical perspective of many angles, to put forward the four-element model of response innovation, including innovation initiator, innovation responder, comprehensive attribute of innovation and response medium, and to reveal the mechanism of response to innovation. Research is of great practical significance to enhance the ability of regional innovation.
