Abstract:This paper studies typical cases of practical experience of new R&D institutions, discusses their tools and means to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation, and provides reference for China's new R&D institutions to explore the path of scientific and technological achievements transformation. As one of the first batch of new research and development institutions in China, the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has made remarkable achievements in the innovation of the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements. Therefore, take it as a typical case to obtain information from the academic literature, the official website of the institution, the field survey conversation and the news media report, sort out the relationship mechanism among them, and build the model of the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements of new research and development institutions, Analyze the dynamic mechanism and main influencing factors of the new R&D institutions in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The research found that the new R&D institutions take the concept of industrialization and innovation as the spiritual core, the scientific research management model, incubation and cultivation system, and the innovation ecosystem as the governance structure, and form the endogenous development power with the help of the market-oriented operation mode to jointly promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the research conclusions, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of new research and development institutions, including improving the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements of new research and development institutions, promoting the deep integration of science and technology and finance, and optimizing the local independent innovation environment.
