    摘要:

    科技服务业是助推我国经济高质量发展的重要推动力,探讨科技服务业助推经济高质量发展的影响因素和影响效应具有重要意义。以五大发展理念为基本维度构建了经济高质量发展指标体系,并从投入、环境、产出三个维度构建了科技服务业指标体系,采用2012~2019年的相关数据,运用GRA模型分析了科技服务业助推经济高质量发展的影响因素,并基于CRITIC权重法构建科技服务业助推经济高质量发展的助推效应指数,探究了科技服务业三个维度影响因素的助推效应及其变化趋势。研究结果表明:科技服务业各指标与经济高质量发展相关指标的关联性较强,科技服务业对经济高质量发展具有较好的助推作用;科技服务业对我国经济高质量发展的助推效应不断增强,同时综合助推效应指数的变化趋势与投入助推效应指数高度吻合,且投入助推效应指数是促进综合助推效应指数正向增长的核心指标,环境助推效应指数和产出助推效应指数是综合助推效应指数保持稳定变化的基础性指标。结合研究结论提出了进一步增强科技服务业助推我国经济高质量发展的能力和效应的优化路径。

    Abstract:

    The science and technology service industry is an important driving force to boost the high-quality development of China's economy, and it is important to explore the influencing factors and impact effects of the science and technology service industry to boost the high-quality development of the economy. The index system of high-quality economic development is constructed with the five development concepts as the basic dimensions, and the index system of science and technology service industry is constructed from the three dimensions of input, environment and output, and the relevant data from 2012 to 2019 are used to analyze the influencing factors of science and technology service industry contributing to high-quality economic development by using GRA model, and the CRITIC weight method is used to construct the science and technology service industry contributing to high-quality economic development The study investigated the boosting effect of the three dimensions of the science and technology service industry and its change trend. The research results show that: the correlation between the indicators of science and technology service industry and the indicators of high quality economic development is strong, and the science and technology service industry has a good boosting effect on the high quality economic development; the boosting effect of science and technology service industry on the high quality economic development of China is increasing, and the change trend of the comprehensive boosting effect index is highly consistent with the input boosting effect index, and the input boosting effect index is the core indicator to promote the positive growth of the comprehensive boosting effect index. The input boost index is the core indicator for the positive growth of the comprehensive boost index, and the environmental boost index and output boost index are the basic indicators for the stable change of the comprehensive boost index. The research findings are combined to propose an optimization path to further enhance the capability and effect of the science and technology service industry to contribute to the high-quality development of China's economy.
