基于省际面板数据和分位数回归模型分析工业污染治理投资对区域技术创新水平及其差距的影响,并运用动态回归模型进行进一步分析。研究表明:工业污染治理投资可以显著提高区域技术创新水平,但随着技术创新分位点的提高,工业污染治理投资对技术创新水平的促进作用逐渐降低;技术创新是一个逐渐累积的过程,上一期的技术创新对当期的技术创新水平产生正向影响。因此,需要持续加强对工业污染治理投资的补贴与支持,缩小区域技术创新水平的差距,实现技术创新水平的提高与累积。

This paper uses provincial panel data and a quantile regression model to analyze the impact of industrial pollution treatment investment on the level of regional technological innovation and its disparity, and uses a dynamic regression model for further analysis. The research in this paper shows that industrial pollution treatment investment can significantly improve the level of regional technological innovation, but the promotion of industrial pollution treatment investment on technological innovation level gradually decreases with the improvement of the quantile point of technological innovation. Technological innovation is a gradual accumulation process, and the previous technological innovation has a positive impact on the current technological innovation level. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously strengthen subsidies and support for industrial pollution treatment investment to narrow the gap in regional technological innovation and achieve the improvement and accumulation of technological innovation.
