Construction of Innovation Ability Evaluation System of Star Creation World in Guangdong and Empirical Study

摘要:

星创天地在农业农村科技社会化服务体系中扮演着重要角色，文章以广东省星创天地为研究对象，构建衡量了创新环境、创新投入、创新绩效和创新潜力四个方面的星创天地创新能力评价体系，采用专家打分法和变异系数法确定各指标权重，对星创天地从整体到区域分梯队进行创新发展情况的实证分析，并根据创新能力得分情况给出相应的发展策略。

Abstract: Star creation world plays an important role in the socialized service system of agricultural science and technology. Based on the star creation world in Guangdong province as the research object, this paper constructs the innovation ability evaluation system which measures innovation environment, innovation investment, innovation performance and innovation potential four aspects. Experts grading method and coefficient of variation method were used to determine the weight of each indicator. This paper realizes the empirical analysis of the innovation development of star creation world from the whole to the regional hierarchies, further analyzes its development strategy according to the score situation of innovation ability.
