基于组织学习视角展开理论分析,并选取我国珠三角地区214家新创企业进行实证检验,探索学习导向指导下新创企业双元创新对新企业绩效的影响机制。研究结果显示,学习导向对新企业绩效、渐进式创新和突破式创新均具有显著正向影响,渐进式创新和突破式创新均对新企业绩效具有显著正向影响,学习导向对双元创新平衡的影响不显著,双元创新平衡对新企业绩效的影响也不显著。相关结论挑战了机械的“双元平衡说”,说明“新生弱性”与“合法性悖论”双重压力下,新创企业难以做到双元创新平衡,在一定时期集中有限资源专注某一种创新可能是新创企业的更优选择。

Based on the organizational learning perspective, taking 214 new ventures in the Pearl River Delta region of China for empirical tests, the paper explores the impact mechanism of dual innovation on new venture performance under the guidance of learning orientation. The results are as follows: Learning orientation has significant positive influence on incremental innovation, radical innovation and new venture performance. Incremental innovation and radical innovation have significant influence on new venture performance. Learning orientation has no significant positive influence on dual innovation ambidexterity, and dual innovation ambidexterity has no significant positive influence on new venture performance. The relevant conclusions challenge the "dual balance theory" of machinery, indicating that under the dual pressure of "weak nascent" and "legitimacy paradox", it is difficult for new ventures to achieve dual innovation balance and it may be a better choice for new ventures to concentrate limited resources on a certain type of innovation in a certain period.
