改革开放以来外资检验检测认证机构在华发展历程研究

摘要:

外资TIC机构既是中国改革开放的受益者,也是中国经济社会发展的亲历者和助力者。本文选择外资TIC机构中的典型代表——10个国家14家机构作为研究对象,深入分析总结了改革开放至今这些机构在华发展历程。基于政策背景与阶段特征,改革开放以来外资TIC机构在华发展历程可分为探索、培育、快速、高质量等四个重要阶段。本文研究将为如何更好引导和监管外资TIC机构在华发展提供决策参考,同时为推进国有与民营TIC机构做大做强做优,发挥好应对贸易战的技术支撑作用,服务好双循环新发展格局,促进中国经济社会健康发展等提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

Foreign-funded TIC institutions are not only the beneficiaries of China"s reform and opening up, but also the witnesses and promoters of China"s economic and social development. This article selects typical representatives of foreign-funded TIC institutions-14 institutions from 10 countries as research objects, analyzes and summarizes the development process of these institutions in China since the reform and opening up. Based on the policy background and stage characteristics, the development process of foreign TIC institutions in China since the reform and opening up can be divided into four important stages: exploration, cultivation, rapidness, and high quality. The research in this article will provide decision-making reference for how to better guide and supervise foreign-funded TIC institutions in China. At the same time, it will provide useful reference for helping state-owned and private TIC institutions to become bigger, stronger and better,providing technical support in dealing with trade wars, and serving the dual-cycle new development pattern, promoting the healthy development of China’s economy and society.
