Research on the Construction of Collaborative Innovation System of Science and Technology Services in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area

摘要:

基于粤港澳科技服务发展现状，以及科技服务协同创新理论上的“黑箱”，本文构建了以科技服务组织为核心驱动的粤港澳大湾区科技服务协同创新体系，回答了 “谁在协同，为谁协同，怎么协同” 这一协同创新体系构建中迫切需要解决的理论问题。通过科技服务体系和创新生态系统相关研究的回顾，本文对科技服务协同创新体系的内涵和特征进行了界定。在此基础上，基于系统集成的思想和创新生态系统理论构建了粤港澳大湾区科技服务协同创新体系：高校知识生产体系、机构技术研发体系、创新企业发展体系和科技中介服务体系。最后基于主体联动的视角，本文提出了粤港澳大湾区科技服务协同创新体系建设发展的对策与建议。

Abstract:

Based on the development status of science and technology services in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and the theoretical "black box" of collaborative innovation in science and technology services, we construct the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area collaborative innovation system of science and technology services driven by science and technology service organizations, and the problem of “Who collaborates, collaborate for whom, how to collaborate” is a theoretical problem that urgently needs to be solved in the construction of collaborative innovation system. By reviewing the related researches on the science and technology services system and innovation ecosystem, we define the connotation and characteristics of the collaborative innovation system of science and technology services. On this basis, based on the idea of system integration and the theory of innovation ecosystem, the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area collaborative innovation system of science and technology services is constructed: university knowledge production system, institutional technology research and development system, innovative enterprise development system, and science and technology intermediary service system. Finally, based on the perspective of subject linkage, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area collaborative innovation system of science and technology services.
