面对突发事件和环境不确定时,组织复原力能够帮助中小企业抵御风险、战胜逆境,但关于中小企业组织复原力的驱动因素研究尚显不足。文章以国内中小企业为研究对象,采用模糊集定性比较方法,探讨组织授权氛围、社会资本、组织即兴、人力资本和组织承诺5个前因条件的联动效应对组织复原力的驱动机制。结果表明,存在四种组态导致中小企业高组织复原力,进一步概括为“资源依赖型”和“内部创新型”。组织授权氛围在中小企业提高组织复原力中发挥着不可或缺的作用。社会资本缺失和组织承诺缺失在解释非高组织复原力时存在替代作用。本研究丰富了中小企业组织复原力的研究成果,对我国中小企业如何提升组织复原力具有重要启示。

In the face of emergencies and environmental uncertainty, organizational resilience can help SMEs resist risks, overcome adversity. However, the research on the driving factors of organizational resilience of SMEs is still insufficient. In this study, domestic SMEs are taken as the research object, and the driving factors of the linkage effect of five antecedents, namely, organizational empowerment , social capital, organizational improvisation, human capital and organizational commitment, is explored from three aspects of environment, organization and individual. The results show that there are four configurations that lead to high organizational resilience, which are further summarized as "resource dependent" and "internal innovation ience. This study enriches the research results of organizational resilience of SMEs, and has important enlightenment on how to improve organizational resilience of SMEs in China.
