Abstract:In the face of emergencies and environmental uncertainty, organizational resilience can help SMEs resist risks, overcome adversity. However, the research on the driving factors of organizational resilience of SMEs is still insufficient. In this study, domestic SMEs are taken as the research object, and the driving factors of the linkage effect of five antecedents, namely, organizational empowerment , social capital, organizational improvisation, human capital and organizational commitment, is explored from three aspects of environment, organization and individual. The results show that there are four configurations that lead to high organizational resilience, which are further summarized as "resource dependent" and "internal innovation ience. This study enriches the research results of organizational resilience of SMEs, and has important enlightenment on how to improve organizational resilience of SMEs in China.
