Abstract:Explore the mechanism of intelligent technology on intelligent business value co-creation. Based on the theory of value co-creation, this paper adopts the method of multi case study, takes CloudMinds (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Ping An insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. of China as the research objects, verifies each other with first-hand data and second-hand data from various sources, and studies how enterprises apply artificial intelligence (AI) technology to realize value co-creation in the context of intelligent business from a dynamic and overall perspective. It is found that: the application of AI technology makes enterprises break through the traditional linear paradigm of "value identification- value creation- value realization", and the activities of each link of enterprise value co creation show a nonlinear value co-creation mode of "interaction- feedback- enhancement". Among them, interaction is the starting point, providing user information and behavior data base; feedback is the key to improve the efficiency of value creation; and enhancement is not only a unique value, but also the beginning of value co-creation from a higher starting point.
