知识产权环境一般分为知识产权制度、知识产权服务、知识产权意识。基于2012-2019年中国31个省级面板数据研究了知识产权环境对区域创新绩效的影响以及其影响路径。结果表明，知识产权环境的优劣与区域创新产出有明显的正相关性，且存在金融发展、研发投入的中介调节效应，可以通过增强金融对研发投入的刺激作用、抑制金融对于创新实体的挤出效应来促进创新。因此，在经济结构发生转变的关键时期，打造良好的知识产权环境是建设创新型社会的题中应有之义。

Abstract:

The intellectual property environment is generally divided into intellectual property system, intellectual property service, and intellectual property awareness. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2019, this paper studies the impact of intellectual property environment on regional innovation performance and its impact path. The results show that there is an obvious positive correlation between the quality of intellectual property environment and regional innovation output, and there is an intermediary adjustment effect of financial development and R&D investment. Crowding out effects to promote innovation. Therefore, in the critical period of the transformation of the economic structure, creating a good intellectual property environment is the proper meaning of building an innovative society.
