随着数字经济时代到来,关键技术和高层次人才等要素使得产学研等创新主体协作互动成为创新的驱动内核。然而,在产学研协同创新过程中单一机制主导下协同机制较为单一化和理想化等问题突出,资本支持机制和桥介平台机制对产学研协同创新的作用关注不够。本文构建风车模型应用于产学研协同创新,运用演化博弈理论和李雅普诺夫判别法分析市场驱动机制、政府引导机制、资本支持机制以及平台联动机制对产学研协同创新模式优化并进行比较分析,并使用MATLAB软件对产学研协同创新主体行为策略的演化过程进行仿真的研究。研究表明:与政府引导、资金支持以及平台联动作用机制相比,市场驱动下产学研协同创新各参与主体之间合作意愿更加明显,激励效果显著。通过对比各主体演化博弈策略分析,构建循环式产学研协同创新体系,为产学研协同创新模式提供新思路。

SWith the advent of the digital economy era, core technologies and high-level talents have made the collaboration and interaction of innovation entities such as industry, university and research institutes become the driving core of innovation. However, the synergy mechanism under the guidance of a single mechanism is more singular and idealized in the process of industry-university-research collaborative innovation(IURCI) and the capital support mechanism and bridge media platform mechanism pay insufficient attention to the role of IURCI. Based on the construction and apply of the Windmill Model, IURCI made up of the mechanisms of market driving, government guidance, capital-support and platform-linkage are analyzed by using evolutionary game theory and Lyapunov discriminant method to optimize and compare the IURCI model. MATLAB software is used to simulate the evolution process of the behavior strategy of industry-university-research collaborative innovation. From the perspective of the evolutionary game strategy analysis of each subject, compared with the mechanisms of the government-guidance, financial-support and platform-linkage the cooperation intention among the participants of IURCI under market driving is more obvious and significant. Paralleling , the circular IURCI system is constructed, which provides a new idea for the IURCI model.
