大学与企业协同创新的影响因素及深化路径——基于大学创新主体视角的实证研究

摘要:

本研究基于大学创新主体的视角，通过文献分析建立了校企协同创新的影响因素及其具体指标体系，通过专家咨询对影响因素指标体系进行修订，通过全国范围的问卷调查对影响因素指标体系进行验证、调整及概念模型建构。研究结论为校企异质性组织之间的运行机制、协同模式、政策结构体系和管理体制等影响因素尤为重要，研究建议是通过增加制度供给密度、提高文化氛围浓度和提升动力机制效度的途径，以此推动校企协同创新深化发展。

Abstract:

Through literature analysis, this study establishes the influencing factors and their specific index system of the collaborative development of universities and strategic emerging industries, revises the influencing factors index system through expert consultation, validates, adjusts and constructs the conceptual model of the influencing factors index system through a nationwide questionnaire survey. The research conclusion is that the operational mechanism, collaborative mode, policy structure system and management system between different organizations are particularly important. The research suggests to increase the system supply density of collaborative development between universities and strategic emerging industries, improve the concentration of cultural atmosphere of collaborative development, and enhance the validity of dynamic mechanism of collaborative development.
