Abstract:Green technology innovation is the internal driving force of high-quality economic and social development. Clarifying the action mechanism of external environmental factors on industrial green technology innovation based on synergy theory is an important premise to promote the transformation of traditional industry. Using fsQCA method, based on the configuration perspective and taking 30 provinces and cities as cases, this paper explores the realistic path affecting industrial green technology innovation under multiple concurrent factors and complex causality mechanism, and deeply analyzes the multiple concurrent causality and multiple paths affecting the differences of industrial green technology innovation among provinces and cities. It is found that financial development environmental regulation and financial development government support are the two path types affecting industrial green product innovation, and the path affecting green process innovation is financial development government support, and the cases are mainly concentrated in the eastern region; The impact paths of non-high industrial green product innovation and non high industrial green process innovation are 5 and 8 respectively. The cases are evenly distributed and mainly concentrated in the central and western regions. Among them, energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure, market incentive environmental regulation, energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure and government innovation support play an alternative role.
