基于技术逻辑视角的建筑业数字化路径探究

摘要:

建筑业正处于从高速发展向高质量发展转变的关键时期，数字化转型迫在眉睫。随着城镇化率增速放缓，劳动力成本持续上升，建筑业发展受到冲击，迫使建筑企业应用数字技术来降低成本、提升效率。能否抓住数字技术发展赋予的机遇，走出“困局”实现数字化转型以及高质量发展是目前建筑业亟待解决的重要课题。目前的研究过多关注了数字技术在建筑领域的应用，而单纯的技术视角不能对数字化的根本逻辑进行系统地剖析。聚焦服务国家高质量发展战略的数字化转型问题，本文从技术逻辑视角，探讨建筑业数字化发展和数字化转型路径，以期为政府引导建筑业数字化转型提供参考建议。

Abstract:

The construction industry is in a critical period of transformation from high-speed development to high-quality development, and digital transformation is imminent. As the growth rate of urbanization slows and labor costs continue to rise, the development of the construction industry has been impacted, forcing construction companies to apply digital technology to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Whether to seize the opportunity given by the development of digital technology, out of the "dilemma" to achieve digital transformation and high-quality development is currently an important issue to be resolved in the construction industry. Current research has focused too much on the application of digital technology in the field of construction, but a solely technical perspective does not provide a systematic analysis of the underlying logic of digitalization. Focusing on the digital transformation to serve the national high-quality development strategy, this paper discusses the digital development and digital transformation path of the construction industry from the perspective of technical logic, with a view to providing reference suggestions for the government to guide the digital transformation of the construction industry.
