Abstract:Exploring Knowledge Management Strategies to Adapt to the Spatial and Temporal Patterns of Academic Resources in China. An academic resource evaluation index system is established to analyze the spatial-temporal distribution pattern of academic resources in China, and data envelopment analysis is used to calculate the provincial academic resource allocation efficiency in China, while exploring the spatial autocorrelation effect of academic resource allocation efficiency in China. Finally, specific strategies for knowledge management are proposed based on the overall spatial-temporal pattern of academic resources. The distribution of academic resources in China generally shows a decreasing trend from southeast to northwest, but the central region has higher resource allocation efficiency. In recent years, China"s academic resource allocation efficiency has gradually shown the phenomenon of spatial autocorrelation, especially around the line of Shaanxi, Hubei and Anhui to form a highland of academic resource allocation efficiency, which has a significant driving effect on the surrounding regions. For the eastern, central and western of China, this paper proposes the knowledge management strategies of wisdom-enabled knowledge organization and service, embedded management, and knowledge integration platform construction, respectively.
