随着5G的不断更新迭代、进步发展,新的技术浪潮持续翻涌,推陈出新了后5G技术概念。为探索广东后5G技术高质量发展的科学路径,文章在分析国内外5G和后5G发展现状的基础上,对广东5G技术和产业发展现状进行分析。经调研、咨询专家和查阅资料后发现:广东5G发展存在产业“卡脖子”问题严重、行业应用未形成规模化效应、对新技术的关注和跟踪不够等问题;国内后5G技术在基于新一代半导体材料的射频芯片与器件、自主可控的底层操作系统、开源开放的芯片指令集等方面具备“超车”的巨大潜力,同时在天地融合通信、毫米波太赫兹等高频段通信、开放化通信网络等方面可能出现“被超车”的风险。为延续和确保广东后5G技术优势,提出强化通信产业创新发展的战略布局、深化部署核心技术自主可控、全方位培育5G行业应用产业生态、持续支持后5G前瞻性技术研究、建立稳定财政资金支持机制、继续深化后5G技术国际合作、培养集聚后5G优势创新队伍的对策和建议。

With the continuous update, iteration, and development of 5G, the wave of new technologies continues to surge, the concept of post-5G technology is innovated. In order to explore the scientific path for the high-quality development of Guangdong's post-5G technology, this article analyzes the status quo of Guangdong's 5G technology and industry development based on the analysis of the status quo of 5G and post-5G development at home and abroad. After investigation, consulting with experts, and literature review, it was found that Guangdong’s 5G development has such problems as industrial "stuck neck", small-scaled industry applications, and insufficient tracking of new technologies. Such domestic post-5G technologies also have great potential for "overtaking". For example, the radio frequency chips and devices based on new generation of semiconductor materials, autonomous and controllable underlying operating systems, and open source and open chip instruction sets. At the same time, other technology aspects have great potential for "being overtaken" risk, such as space-to-ground communications, millimeter-wave terahertz in high-frequency communications, and open communications network. In order to continue and ensure the advantages of Guangdong’s post-5G technology, this article proposes such countermeasures and suggestions on strengthen the strategic layout of the innovation and development of the communications industry, deepen the deployment of core technologies that are independent and controllable, cultivate the application industry ecology of the 5G industry in an all-round way, continue to support the research of post-5G forward-looking technology, stabilizing the financial support mechanism, continuing to deepen international cooperation and cultivating aggressive innovation team.
