Abstract:Stimulating the innovation vitality of scientific researchers is the most important factor for China to achieve the strategic goal of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement. In recent years, the national level has implemented the reform of science and technology system and salary system, implemented the income distribution system guided by knowledge value and expanded the autonomy of scientific research institutes in Colleges and universities, which has played a positive role in strengthening the incentive and guarantee mechanism for scientific researchers and mobilizing the innovative vitality of scientific researchers. However, there are still some problems in China, such as the imbalance of the overall income of scientific researchers, the instability and the unreasonable competitive income structure. Based on the qualitative and quantitative investigation and Research on the salary incentive of scientific researchers, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the salary incentive mechanism of scientific researchers in China, and puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions.
