省级企业工程技术研究中心是支撑企业发展的重要科技创新平台之一。本文以广东省企业类工程技术研究中心为对象,探讨了研究中心产学研合作的广度与深度对企业双元创新绩效的影响,并分析了吸收能力在其中的调节作用。研究结果表明,产学研合作广度对利用式创新和探索式创新均具有显著的促进作用,产学研合作深度对探索式创新具有显著的促进作用,但是对利用式创新的影响不显著。同时,吸收能力抑制了产学研合作广度对探索式创新的促进作用,同时强化了产学研合作深度对双元创新绩效的促进作用。

Provincial enterprise engineering technology research center is one of the important technological innovation platforms supporting enterprise development. Taking Guangdong Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center as an example, this paper discusses the influence of the breadth and depth of industry-university-research cooperation on dual-innovation performance of enterprises, and analyzes the moderating effect of absorptive capacity. The results show that the breadth of industry-university-research institute cooperation has a significant promoting effect on both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation, while the depth of industry-university-research institute cooperation has a significant promoting effect on exploratory innovation, but has no significant impact on exploratory innovation. At the same time, absorptive capacity inhibits the promoting effect of breadth of industry-university-research cooperation on exploratory innovation, and strengthens the promoting effect of depth of industry-university-research cooperation on dual innovation performance.
