Abstract:This study paid attention to the relationship between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial behavior as well the role of individual subjective initiative, constructed a conditional mediation model based on the theory of planned behavior, made the empirical analysis on the results of 304 multi point questionnaires from domestic entrepreneurs, explored the mechanism and boundary condition of entrepreneurial alertness influencing entrepreneurial behavior. The results show the follow conclusions. Firstly, entrepreneurial alertness is positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior. Secondly, entrepreneurial intention has a significant mediating effect between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial behavior. Thirdly,outcome expectation regulates the direct effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior, and moderates the indirect effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial intention. The higher the level of outcome expectation, the stronger the direct and indirect effects. Finally, proactive personality regulates the direct effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial behavior and the indirect effect of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial intention. The higher the level of proactive personality, the stronger the direct and indirect effects. The following enlightenment can be obtained. Firstly, entrepreneurs should be highly alert to entrepreneurial opportunities. Secondly, family and school education should consciously cultivate individual's active personality. Finally, the whole society should cultivate a good entrepreneurial environment.
