跨界搜寻策略、资源拼凑与双元创新能力平衡的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Cross-border Search Strategy, Resource Bricolage and Ambidextrous Innovation Capacity Balance

动态竞争环境下，越来越多组织尝试利用外部资源提升技术能力，跨界搜寻成为企业优化技术能力结构的重要途径。以广东、浙江、山东等地区的296家制造业企业为研究样本，本文揭示了跨界搜寻策略对企业双元创新能力平衡的影响机制，并检验了资源拼凑的中介效应与环境动态性的调节效应，研究发现，相对技术知识跨界搜寻深度而言，市场知识跨界搜寻广度对双元创新能力平衡的正向影响效果更加显著；资源拼凑在两类搜寻策略与双元创新能力平衡之间起部分中介作用；环境动态性正向调节资源拼凑对双元创新能力平衡的影响关系。研究结论为开放式创新背景下企业搜寻策略制定与技术能力结构优化提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

In the fierce dynamic competitive environment, more and more organizations are trying to leverage external resources to enhance their technology capabilities, cross-border search has become an important way for companies to optimize their technology capability structure. The research reveals the influence mechanism of cross-border search strategy on the ambidextrous innovation capability balance of enterprises, and tests the mediating effect of resource bricolage and the moderating effect of environmental dynamism based on 296 research samples of manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shandong province. Compared to technical knowledge cross-border search depth, the positive effect of market knowledge cross-border search breadth on dual competence balance is more significant. Resource bricolage plays a partially mediating role between the two types of search strategies and ambidextrous innovation capability balance. Environmental dynamics positively moderates the relationship between resource bricolage and ambidextrous innovation capacity balance. The research provides a reference for the development of corporate search strategies and optimization of technological capability structures in the context of open innovation.
