科创引领下医院生物样本库可持续发展问题探讨

Discussion on the Sustainable Development of Hospital Biobanks under the Guidance of Science and Technology Innovation

科技创新是引领医院高质量发展的第一着力点，在“科创强院”实施过程中，生物样本库作为医院临床医学研究的重要支持部门，其作用至关重要。目前对于医院生物样本库的研究大多局限于“标准化建设”，对于样本库经济方面的运营管理研究很少。医院生物样本库的可持续性发展面临4方面“瓶颈”问题，本文从关注样本库经济运营管理，积极“盘活”现有库存，提高“样本利用率”，加快“样本转化效率”等方面进行阐述，旨在为实现样本库“自给自足”及可持续发展提供决策参考。

Abstract:

Science and technology innovation plays a key role in leading the high-quality development of hospitals.In the process of upgrading to be a hospital with strong strength in science and technology innovation, biobank serve as an important department in supporting the clinical medical research of the hospital. At present, the research on biobanks of hospital is mostly limited to the “Standardization construction”, and the research on the operation and management of the biobank economy is very few. There are four “Bottlenecks”in the sustainable development in biobanks of hospital. This paper focuses on the economic operation and management of biobanks, actively “Invigorate”the existing stocks, and improve the “Sample utilization ratio”, in order to provide decision-making reference for the realization of self-sufficiency and sustainable development of biobanks.
