基于单独依赖高校外部学科被评价难以完全满足学科内涵发展的现实需要,提出高校内部学科自评价与外部学科被评价有机结合、并重施行的价值理念。聚焦“评什么”“怎么评”“如何用”三个维度,创建“AMR”螺旋上升式学科自评价模型,并在指标设计、实施推进、结果运用等方面进行了系统构思和策略探索。

Based on the reality requires that only relying on the external discipline evaluation of universities cannot meet the needs of the discipline connotation development, this paper puts forward the value concept of organic integration and equal implementation of internal discipline self-evaluation and external discipline evaluation in universities. Focusing on the three dimensions of "what to evaluate", "how to evaluate" and "how to apply", this paper proposes the “AMR” spiral ascending self-evaluation model. And systematic conception and strategy exploration have been carried out in the aspects of indicator design, implementation promotion, and application of results.
