Abstract:The development of water conservancy has entered a new era, which puts forward higher requirements for accelerating the construction of a high-quality professional talent team. However, there are some problems in China's talent evaluation mechanism, which seriously shackles the role of talents. Starting from the concept of professional and technical talents, this paper analyzes the current research status and existing problems of talent evaluation, constructs the evaluation index system of professional and technical talents in water conservancy engineering including morality, knowledge, ability, performance and contribution, and sets evaluation focus indicators for different categories of talents. The ANP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build the talent classification evaluation model, and the weight of each index and evaluation results are calculated with the help of software such as Super Decision, so as to evaluate and examine the comprehensive quality of water conservancy talents, and provide the basis for the operability of the classification evaluation of water conservancy talents.
