Abstract:Under the network innovation mode, the importance of multi-level innovation network to innovation has been recognized. In the field of practice, there has been a phenomenon of multi-level innovation network embeddedness in science and technology service industry cluster, and 23 science and technology service industry clusters have been identified by using location entropy. Based on the data of effective cooperative invention patents from 2001 to 2017, through chi-square test, it is found that there are significant regional differences in the selection of patent partners among science and technology service organizations. Furthermore, using UCINET software, the network model and spatial evolution characteristics of multi-level innovation network of China"s science and technology service industry cluster are visually displayed. The results show that the multi-level innovation network of China"s science and technology service industry is widespread, and cluster is an important carrier of the innovation network, innovation network is characterized by uneven degree distribution and unbalanced spatial distribution.which showing a multi cluster, cross regional and multi-scale “Core periphery “spatial pattern. The research conclusions provide theoretical suggestions for the formulation of government policies, and provide practical reference for science and technology service cluster enterprises to build the best spatial scale innovation network.
