为推动海南省突破农业资源约束,提高农业生产效益,运用增长速度方程法和固定弹性系数法,测算2006-2019年海南省及其各市县农业科技进步贡献率与要素贡献率,研究其与区域农业经济增长的时空演变特征以及空间差异特征。结果发现:在时间序列上,全省农业科技进步贡献率呈直线上升趋势,科技要素成为主要驱动因素,农业生产方式总体处于由外延式扩大再生产向科技进步内涵式扩大再生产的转变阶段;在空间分布上,省内各市县农业科技进步贡献率总体水平不高,差异较大、地域分布不均衡,科技进步贡献率较低的地区仍依赖于大量物质要素投入来促进农业经济增长。基于此,从科技成果转化、资源配置优化与人才队伍培养等3个方面对推动海南省农业科技进步提出对策建议。

In order to promote Hainan Province to break through agricultural resource constraints and improve agricultural production efficiency, the growth rate equation method and fixed elasticity coefficient method are applied to measure the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology progress and factor contribution rate of Hainan Province and its cities and counties from 2006 to 2019, and to study the characteristics of its spatial and temporal evolution and spatial differences with regional agricultural economic growth. The results show that: in terms of time series, the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in the province is on a straight line upward trend, scientific and technological factors have become the main driving factors, and the overall agricultural production mode is at the stage of transformation from extensively expanding and reproducing to connotatively expanding and reproducing by scientific and technological progress. The regions with lower contribution rate of scientific and technological progress still rely on a large amount of material factor inputs to promote agricultural economic growth. Based on this, countermeasures are proposed to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology in Hainan Province from three aspects, such as transformation of scientific and technological achievements, optimization of resource allocation and cultivation of talent team.
