    为加快湖北省由智能制造装备大省向强省转变,采取专利计量分析法,在incoPat数据库中检索智能制造装备和技术相关的专利数量,并通过国际专利分类号、联合专利分类体系分类号进行数据清洗,对国际国内以及湖北省智能制造装备产业现状进行分析。研究发现:(1)中国智能制造装备领域相关专利申请量居世界首位,且呈现明显的区域集聚特征,其中华东地区专利布局数量最多;(2)湖北省智能制造装备产业在“十三五”时期高速发展,但技术研发实力不够突出;(3)湖北省在智能制造装备领域的专利申请主要集中在武汉市、襄阳市和十堰市,技术研究热点为高档数控机床;(4)湖北省信息化发展水平与国内先进省份存在显著差距,自主研发技术缺乏,系统化、集成化的整体水平不高。基于分析结论,提出湖北省加快产学研协同创新,打造智能制造装备先行区和示范区等建议。

    Abstract:

    In order to accelerate the transformation of Hubei Province from a large province of intelligent manufacturing equipment to a strong province, the patent econometric analysis method is adopted, the number of patents related to intelligent manufacturing equipment and technology is retrieved in the incoPat database, the data is cleaned by International Patent Classification(IPC) and Cooperative Patent Classification(CPC), and the current situation of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry both internationally and domestically as well as in Hubei Province is also analyzed. The research found that: (1) The number of related patent applications in the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment in China ranks first in the world, and shows obvious regional agglomeration characteristics, of which the number of patent layouts in East China is the largest; (2) The intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in Hubei Province has developed rapidly during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, but its technological research and development strength is not outstanding enough; (3) Patent applications in the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment in Hubei Province are mainly concentrated in Wuhan, Xiangyang and Shiyan, and the technology research hotspot is high-end CNC machine tools; (4) There is a significant gap between the development level of informatization in Hubei Province and the domestic advanced provinces, the lack of independent research and development technology, and the overall level of systematization and integration is not high. Based on the analysis conclusions, this paper puts forward suggestions such as speeding up the industry-university-research collaborative innovation in Hubei Province, and creating a pilot area and a demonstration area for intelligent manufacturing equipment.
