科技资源类型多样、分布广泛的特点使得科技资源集成、加工、组织较为困难,进而给用户获取科技资源带来不便。为了改善科技资源的服务模式,文章引入信息价值链理论,基于信息价值链理论构建分布式科技资源协同服务模式框架,提出服务推送、服务调度、相关推荐以及解决方案服务四种服务方式,并提出具体服务方式的协同策略。
