科技资源类型多样、分布广泛的特点使得科技资源集成、加工、组织较为困难,进而给用户获取科技资源带来不便。为了改善科技资源的服务模式,文章引入信息价值链理论,基于信息价值链理论构建分布式科技资源协同服务模式框架,提出服务推送、服务调度、相关推荐以及解决方案服务四种服务方式,并提出具体服务方式的协同策略。

Abstract:

The diverse and widely distributed characteristics of scientific and technological resources bring inconvenience to users in obtaining scientific and technological resources. In order to enable users to obtain the required scientific and technological resources more conveniently, improve the service mode of scientific and technological resources, introduce the information value chain theory, build a distributed scientific and technological resource collaborative service model framework based on the information value chain theory, and propose service push, service scheduling, and service Recommend and solution service four service methods, and propose a collaborative strategy for specific service methods.
