Abstract:A cross-level model of Team psychological capital influence on Individual ambidextrous innovation was constructed, Taking 476 members from 60 teams as samples to test. The results show that : Team psychological capital is positively correlated with Individual ambidextrous innovation; Individual feedback-seeking behavior plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between Team psychological capital and Individual ambidextrous innovation; Team identification moderates the relationship between Team psychological capital and Individual feedback-seeking behavior across different levels; Team identification moderates the mediating effect of Individual feedback-seeking behavior on the relationship between Team psychological capital and Individual ambidextrous innovation. The conclusion of this study provides beneficial enlightenment for promoting scientific and innovative talents to solve problems creatively in a high-level ambidextrous way.
