创新链产业链融合发展路径和机制研究：以深圳市为例

Research on the development path and mechanism of the integration of innovation chain and industrial chain: a case study of Shenzhen

摘要:

每个产业有其自身发展规律,在融合路径上具有个性特征,而影响不同产业实现两链融合背后机制又具有共性特征。为此,本文从两链融合路径及机制的角度,构建了一个全面系统的分析框架。融合路径主要包括3种,即创新链向产业链端延伸、产业链端向创新链端延伸、搭建两链融合桥梁；融合机制则主要包括创新资源分配机制、创新项目管理机制、产学研合作机制和创新资源共享机制。基于这个理论框架,以深圳市战略性新兴产业两链融合发展情况为例,提出促进两链融合发展对策建议。

Abstract:

Each industry has its own development law in the integration path, while the mechanism behind the integration of two chains affecting different industries has common characteristics. Therefore, this paper constructs a comprehensive and systematic analysis framework from the perspective of the integration path and mechanism of the two chains. There are three main integration paths, namely, the extension of the innovation chain to the industrial chain, the extension of the industrial chain to the innovation chain, and the construction of a bridge for the integration of the two chains; The integration mechanism mainly includes allocation of innovation resource, the management of innovation project, the cooperation of industry and university and the share of innovation resource. Based on this theoretical framework, taking Shenzhen as an example, this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the integration development of two chains.
