Abstract:Using the quantum information patent literature of the Smartbuds patent database as the data source, the research method based on patent measurement conducts patent data analysis from multiple levels such as time, region, and patent applicants, and timely tracks the development trend of quantum information technology, focusing on the analysis of developed countries. The development status of quantum information technology in China, mining typical institutions and high-value patents. The research found that quantum information technology is in an upward cycle of development. The United States is a powerful country in quantum computing. China has a slight advantage in quantum communication. Quantum secure communication and quantum computers are the research hotspots of quantum information technology. Finally, according to the research results, it is proposed that the top-level planning of quantum in-formation should be done at the national level, basic research should be strengthened, a group of high-level talents should be cultivated, industry-university-research integrated development, and a quantum information industry ecosystem should be created.
