    为解决中国新型智库建设中有关人才方面的重大难点,探索中国学术研究学者成长为智库专家的职业成长影响因素,以美国布鲁金斯学会智库专家为研究对象,采用定量分析方法,从人口基本特征(性别、年龄)、教育经历(最高学位)、工作背景(驻会情况、职称等级)、研究领域等维度分析其发表成果情况,从而总结出其职业表现的影响因素。结果显示:布鲁金斯学会专家成果绩效表现方面,男性专家略优于女性专家,年龄越大的专家越有优势,最高学位为博士的专家优于硕士或学士学位专家,驻会专家是主要力量,高级研究员职称专家具有显著优势。最后根据分析结论,对促进中国新型智库专家职业成长从人才队伍和环境建设两方面提出建议。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the major difficulties related to talents in the construction of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics, and explore the factors affecting the occupation performance of Chinese academic research scholars growing into think tank experts, the Brookings Institution experts in the United States are taken as the research objects, and the quantitative analysis method is used to analyze their published results from the basic characteristics of the population(gender, age), education experience(the highest degree), work background (resident situation, professional title), research field and other dimensions, so as to summarize the factors affecting their occupation performance. The results show that male experts are slightly better than female experts in the performance of experts' achievements of Brookings Institution. The older the experts are, the more advantages they have. The experts with the highest degree of doctor are better than those with master's or bachelor's degree. Resident experts are the main force. Senior researchers have significant advantages. Finally, according to the analysis conclusion, this paper puts forward suggestions on promoting the occupation performance of experts in new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics from the two aspects of talent team and environment construction.
