战略新兴产业背景下高校院所专利创新能力与产业化前景探究——以青岛地区12所高校及科研院所为例

摘要:

专利是战略新兴产业的重要创新产出资源,也是一个地区科技创新能力的重要标志。对于拥有丰富高校和科研院所资源的地区而言,如何更好的发挥其科技资源优势,关系到地区高质量的创新发展之路。本文以青岛地区主要高校及科研院所的战略新兴产业专利为基础,利用多维度、多层次的专利竞争力和转化前景量化评价方法,分析青岛地区高校院所在不同新兴产业当中的创新能力和产业化前景,科学定位其专利创新发展现状、发展水平和发展潜力,释放成果价值,为地区内构建新兴产业战略发展格局提供信息支撑。

Abstract:

Patent is an important innovation output resource of strategic emerging industries, and also is an important symbol of a region"s scientific and technological innovation ability.For the regions with abundant resources of universities and research institutes, how to give full play to their advantages of scientific and technological resources is related to the road of high-quality innovation and development of the region.This paper take 12 universities and research institutes in Qingdao as examples, uses multi-dimensional and multi-level patent competitiveness and transformation prospect of quantitative evaluation method, analysis universities and research institutes patent capability and prospect of Qingdao in different emerging industries, scientific positioning its patent innovation development present situation, development level and development potential, and release patent’s value, support for the construction of emerging industrial strategy development pattern in the region.
