Abstract:This paper studies the relationship between flexible human resource management (including resource flexible human resource management and coordinated flexible human resource management), environmental competitiveness and dual innovation. Taking 235 high-tech enterprises as empirical samples, the results show that resource flexible human resource management and coordinated flexible human resource management can promote dual innovation; Compared with coordinated flexible human resource management, resource flexible human resource management plays a stronger role in promoting dual innovation. Environmental competitiveness can positively regulate the relationship between resource flexibility human resource management and dual innovation, while environmental competitiveness can only positively regulate and coordinate the relationship between flexible human resource management and breakthrough innovation.
