创新创业能力培养是新经济业态下高等教育人才培养的重要内容,也是国家创新驱动发展战略实施的迫切需求。利用区块链分布式数据库、哈希函数、时间戳、共识机制及非对称加密等技术,构建了基于区块链的1+N分布式创客空间,由此形成高校学生、创业导师、学校、学院、校外合作企业等多主体协同的环链式创客空间人才培养机制,解决学生个体双创思维不足、双创主体系统性问题、体系结构矛盾以及效益纠纷等问题,最后以Y大学1+N分布式创客空间为例验证该模式下双创人才培养的实践应用效果。

The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is not only an important content of higher education talent cultivation under the new economic format, but also an urgent need for the implementation of the national innovation driven development strategy. Using blockchain distributed database, hash function, timestamp, consensus mechanism, asymmetric encryption and other technologies, this paper constructs a 1+n distributed maker space based on blockchain, so as to form a chain maker space talent training mechanism coordinated by college students, entrepreneurial mentors, schools, colleges and off campus cooperative enterprises, so as to solve the lack of individual innovation and entrepreneurship thinking of students Finally, take the 1+n distributed maker space of Y University as an example to verify the specific effect of collaborative innovation talent training practice under this mode.
