Abstract:With the development of knowledge economy, the competition of comprehensive national strength among countries is becoming increasingly fierce, and scientific and technological innovation has become an important factor to measure the comprehensive national strength. However, while the technological innovation platform is responding to the rapidly changing external environment and improving the ability of value creation, the process of value creation is always a "black box", which seriously restricts its development. Based on the dynamic capability theory, this study constructs an analytical framework of the value creation process of science and technology innovation platforms from three stages: “perception of demand-acquisition of opportunities-reconfiguration of resources allocation”, studies the value creation process of four types of science and technology innovation platforms, and explores the influencing factors and paths of value creation. It is found that the path of realizing the value of scientific and technological innovation platform is different due to the influence of platform attributes, and the process of its value creation is a complex dynamic process, which is influenced by various micro factors. By promoting various micro-foundations, we can realize the improvement of our own innovation and service ability.
