基于国家专利数据,依托专利合作与转让网络构建了城市群创新超网络模型(UAI-HN),并运用该模型以中原城市群先进材料产业为对象分析揭示了创新簇、创新元组、主体创新协同力与空间覆盖度、城市创新协同力与载体支撑力等协同创新机制特征。结果表明:中原城市群协同创新关系集中化程度较低,创新主体协同水平不均衡,自发性技术合作较为活跃;企业及所属研究平台协作能力突出,校企协同机制较为成熟,而科研院所创新支撑力不强且协作水平不高;群内城市间的创新协作分工特征清晰,同群外城市的创新协同度较高;以大学和以科技服务机构为中心的创新簇是中原城市群协同创新体系的核心。

Taking the national patent data as the basis and the patent cooperation and transfer networks as the support platform, this paper constructs the Urban Agglomeration Innovation Hyper Network (UAI-HN). And taking the advanced material industry of central plains urban agglomeration as the example, this model is used to analyze and reveal the synergy innovation characteristics of advanced material industry in the central plains urban agglomeration, such as innovation cluster, innovation tuple, collaborative innovation capability of subjects and spatial coverage, collaborative innovation capability of city and supporting ability for subjects. The main results are as follows. The relationship between collaborative innovation activities of the central plains urban agglomeration is less centralized, the collaborative level of innovation subjects is uneven and the spontaneous technical cooperation is very active. The collaborative ability of enterprises and their research platforms is prominent, the school-enterprise synergy mechanism is relatively mature, while S&T institutes have both weak innovation capability and weak collaborative capability. The division of innovation cooperation function among cities in the urban agglomeration is clear, and the cities also have the strong innovation cooperation trend with those outside the urban agglomerations. The innovation clusters led by universities and S&T service institutions are the core of the synergy innovation system of the central plains urban agglomeration.
