在创新活动回归中心城区与城市高质量发展的背景下，创新空间生产成为城市更新的必要途径与重要内容。本文基于创新空间生产与城市更新协同互促的现实要求，从理论、方法与国际经验的角度，根据“城市-科技-产业-人”的演变趋势、互动影响与现实需求，分析了创新空间生产与城市更新协同发展的战略目标、体系构成、空间特征、动力机制等，并构建发展框架，最后总结了国际典型模式及案例经验，为塑造高质量的创新型城市提供借鉴。

Abstract:

In the context of the return of innovation activities to the central city and the high-quality development of the city, innovative space production has become the necessary way and important content of urban renewal. Based on the practical requirements of the coordinated development of innovative space production and urban renewal, this paper analyzes the strategic objectives, system composition, spatial characteristics and dynamic mechanism of the coordinated development of innovative space production and urban renewal from the perspective of theory, method and international experience, according to the evolution trend, interactive influence and practical needs of ' city-science and technology-industry-people ', and constructs the development framework. Finally, the typical international models and case experience are summarized to provide reference for shaping high-quality innovative cities.
