    考察不同区域和城市规模下城镇化发展对绿色发展效率影响的差异性,为我国城镇化发展战略优化提供理论参考。构建城市绿色发展效率评价指标体系,基于2010-2019年我国262个地级及以上城市的面板数据,运用超效率SBM模型测算城市和区域绿色发展效率,并分别从区域和城市规模两个角度进行差异性分析。结果表明,262个地级及以上城市的绿色发展效率呈现波动上升趋势,但区域间差异显著,效率从高到低分别为东部、中部、西部和东北地区;城镇化水平与绿色发展效率呈现显著的正“U”型影响关系,拐点为74.96%,城市规模越大则城镇化水平越早达到拐点,从而实现对绿色发展效率的正向影响。

    Abstract:

    Investigating the difference of the impact of urbanization on green development efficiency in different regions and cities can provide theoretical reference for the optimization of urbanization development strategy in China. Based on the panel data of 262 cities in China from 2010 to 2019, this paper constructs a green development efficiency index system, uses the super-efficiency SBM model to measure the urban green development efficiency, explores the impact of urbanization development on the efficiency of urban green development and analyzes the difference in impact from the perspectives of region and city size. The results show that the average green development efficiency of 262 cities shows a fluctuating upward trend, but there are significant differences between regions, they are the eastern, central, western and northeastern regions from high to low. There is a significant positive "U"-shaped relationship between urbanization and green development efficiency, with an inflection point of 74.96%. The larger the city scale, the earlier the urbanization level will reach the inflection point, then achieving the positive impact on green development efficiency.
