双循环视角下企业知识转移影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influence Factors of Knowledge Transfer in Enterprise from the Perspective of “Dual Circulation”

摘要:

深入分析双循环视角下企业知识转移影响因素间的相互关系,构建双循环视角下企业知识转移行为的系统动力学模型,分析重点因素对企业知识转移的动态影响,最后给出企业知识转移效率提升的具体方案。结果表明：发送企业知识存量、接收企业知识存量以及转移知识量均呈现增长趋势,且增长速率不断提高；转移关系网络密度和双循环政策支持力度对知识转移活动具有推动作用；过高或过低的转移媒介均会对知识转移产生阻碍作用。

Abstract:

Deeply analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in enterprise from the perspective of “dual circulation”, constructs the system dynamics model of enterprise knowledge transfer behavior from the perspective of “dual circulation”, analyzes the dynamic influence of key factors on enterprise knowledge transfer, and finally gives the specific scheme to improve the efficiency of enterprise knowledge transfer. The results show an upward trend in the amount of sending, receiving and transfering the knowledge stock of the enterprises, and the growth rate keeps increase-ng. The density of the transfer relationship network and the strength of the policy support for“dual circulation” promote the knowledge transfer activities. Transfer media that are too high or too low will hinder the knowledge transfer.
