山东省制造业产业链创新链资金链的耦合协调度研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree of Manufacturing Industry Chain， Innovation Chain and Capital Chain in Shandong Province

摘要:

山东省制造业不仅拥有比较完整的产业链，而且拥有较为系统全面的创新链和合理雄厚的资金链。但在制造业的产业链、创新链和资金链（以下简称“三链”）耦合上存在资源配置错位、结构不对称、衔接不流畅等问题，致使山东省制造业技术创新与产业发展锲合度不高、科技成果产业化效率低、创新研发投入不高等问题。文章构建山东省制造业“三链”评价指标体系，运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型测算制造业“三链”的水平和耦合协调度，利用灰色关联度模型探究影响制造业“三链”耦合协调度的主要因素，研究结果发现：2012—2018年山东省制造业“三链”耦合协调度值逐渐上升，但在2019年明显回落；总体上看，“三链”耦合协调水平处于磨合阶段，但16个城市的耦合协调水平分布并不均衡，呈现东高西低的空间特征。

Abstract:

The manufacturing industry not only has a relatively complete industrial chain， but also has a more systematic and comprehensive innovation chain and a reasonable and strong capital chain in Shandong Province. However， there are some problems in the coupling of the industrial chain， innovation chain and capital chain (hereinafter referred to as the "three chains") of manufacturing industry， such as dislocation of resource allocation， asymmetric structure and poor connection. As a result， the consistency between technological innovation and industrial development of manufacturing industry is not high， the industrialization efficiency of scientific and technological achievements is low， and the investment in innovation and R & D is not high in Shandong Province . The paper constructs the evaluation index system of "three chains" of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province， uses entropy method and coupling coordination degree model to calculate the level and coupling coordination degree of "three chains" of manufacturing industry， and uses grey correlation degree model to explore the main factors affecting the coupling coordination degree of "three chains" of manufacturing industry. The research results show that the coupling coordination degree of "three chains" of manufacturing industry in Shandong province gradually increased from 2012 to 2018， But it will drop significantly in 2019; Generally speaking， the coupling and coordination level of "three chains" is in the running in stage， but the distribution of coupling and coordination level in 16 cities is uneven， showing the spatial characteristics of high in the East and low in the West.
