决策逻辑在认知层面影响创业者在机会识别和资源整合过程中的决策，基于因果逻辑和效果逻辑的创业决策过程呈现出明显差异。本文阐述了创业者两种决策逻辑的主要差异，从个体、组织和外部环境三个层面梳理了两种创业决策逻辑的前因变量，探讨了创业决策逻辑对创业、创新和国际化的影响。最后，对未来研究提出展望。

Abstract:

Decision logic affects entrepreneurs' decision-making in the process of opportunity identification and resource integration at the cognitive level. The entrepreneurial decision-making processes based on causal logic and effect logic show significant differences. This paper expounds the main differences between the two kinds of entrepreneurial decision-making logic, combs the antecedent variables of entrepreneurial decision-making logic from the three levels of individual, organization and external environment, and discusses the impact of entrepreneurial decision-making logic on entrepreneurship, innovation and internationalization. Finally, the prospect of future research is put forward.
