现代产业学院人才培养体系建设——以粤港澳大湾区首批全国现代产业学院为例

Talent Training System Construction in Modern Industrial Colleges: Taking the First Batch National Modern Industrial Colleges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as Examples

摘要:

围绕高校人才培养改革升级要求，探讨现代产业学院人才培养体系建设路径，促进夯筑新工科人才培养的有效载体。对标教育部办公厅、工业和信息化部办公厅印发的《现代产业学院建设指南（试行）》分析现代产业学院的人才培养逻辑，发现目前我国现代产业学院创新型工程人才培养面临教育资源与产业契合度不高、多主体育人效果发挥不充分等困境；总结分析粤港澳大湾区首批建设全国现代产业学院的实践经验，得出形成多方共识的协同育人理念、搭建现代化管理架构、培养人才产业应用实践能力以及实现多方资源共享共生等人才培养体系建设路径。

Abstract:

Focusing on the requirements of the reform and upgrading of talent training in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the construction path of the talent training system in modern industrial colleges, and promotes the construction of an effective carrier for the training of new engineering talents. According to The Guidelines for The Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges (Trial) issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, this paper analyzes the talent training logic of modern industrial colleges, and discovers that at present, the cultivation of innovative engineering talents in modern industrial colleges in China is facing difficulties such as the low degree of integration between educational resources and industries, and the insufficient effect of multiple-principals-education; This paper summarizes and analyzes the practical experience of the first batch of construction of the National Modern Industrial Colleges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and draw the construction path of talent training system which includes a consensus on the concept of collaborative education, a modern management framework, cultivating talent the practical ability of industry application, and realizing multiple resource sharing and symbiosis,etc.
