乡村振兴视域下创新创业生态构建策略 ——基于广西的实证研究

Construction strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship ecology from the perspective of Rural Revitalization -An empirical study based on Guangxi

摘要:

人才振兴是深入实施乡村振兴战略的关键，打通高校人才输送渠道是乡村振兴建设多方聚才的有效途径，高校创新创业人才培养也将因此迎来新的挑战。以广西为例，通过实证研究了解当前高校创新创业人才培养中存在的主要问题和困难，以构建地域特色模式为抓手，从创新理念、平台搭建、完善体系、整合资源、推进合作五个方面提出创新创业人才培养生态构建的策略，为开创乡村振兴新局面提供保障。

Abstract:

Talent revitalization is the key to the in-depth implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy. Opening up the channel of talent transportation in Colleges and universities and integrating into the construction of Rural Revitalization is an effective way to gather talents in many ways. Therefore, the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities will also meet new challenges. Taking Guangxi as an example, through empirical research,this paper understands the main problems and difficulties existing in the current cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities, starts with the construction of characteristic mode,and puts forward the strategy of ecological construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation from five aspects: innovative concept,platform construction,improving system,integrating resources and promoting cooperation,so as to provide guarantee for creating a new situation of Rural Revitalization.
