Abstract:This paper constructs a coupling coordination system between science and technology service industry and high-tech industry. On the basis of literature review, an evaluation index system is established from the perspectives of input-output and strength-efficiency. The coupling coordination model is used to measure the innovation synergy between the two industries based on the data of Hunan Province from 2012 to 2019 , and the coupling coordination between the technology service industry and the seven sub-sectors is also calculated. The results show that the coupling coordination between the two systems have reached the "intermediate coordination" range, and the rapid acceleration of the science and technology service industry lags behind the high-tech industry; in each sub-industry, the science and technology service industry is coupled with new materials and advanced manufacturing subsystems. The coordination degree reaches the intermediate level, and the coordination degree with other subsystems is still in the primary coordination or barely coordinated range.
